Achilles tendonitis

Achilles tendonitis or tendinopathy is one of the most common, and difficult to treat, conditions in the lower limb. All tendons have a certain amount of load they are able to tolerate, and repeatedly loading a tendon through too much exercise, poor biomechanics etc. can result in the tendon breaking down and causing pain.
